My current role as a Technician for NV5 involves creating high-quality raster classification products for the Coastal Change Analysis Program of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Additionally I independently developed QGIS plugins to enhance the workflow of fellow technicians and have authored over 75% of the knowledge base articles referenced by technicians for both IT and photo-interpretation assistance.

As a Conference Organizer, I was the point of contact for everything related to the La Jolla Immunology Conference. I developed, updated, and maintained the conference website using WordPress and HTML coding knowledge. I kept the committee informed about every part of the process through an organized and centralized hub of data on the cloud. I handled the accommodations of speakers, put together sponsorships and vendor contracts, and ensured all information required by the attendees was addressed effectively.

I Efficiently serviced an organization of over 400 members in troubleshooting problems in software and hardware as a Technical Support Specialist. With cordiality and patience, I interpreted the technical issues that people from a variety of backgrounds had, and worked diligently to address the cause of their difficulties. To assist a broader audience on common issues, I developed help articles using WordPress that were clear and informative. As infrastructure became obsolete, I proactively upgraded both the software and hardware of the workstations and network items to maintain a modern technological standard for the La Jolla Institute.
